We are Keeley and Barb and we are the owners and bakers behind MN Rustic Crust Bread Co. We are a licensed cottage food operation. We are passionate about crafting delicious, high-quality sourdough breads right from our home kitchens in Blaine, MN.
Our sourdough journey began around two years ago and we quickly became obsessed with the craft. We enjoy experimenting with various inclusion flavors. We take pride in using simple, quality ingredients, often including organic flour and locally sourced items when possible.
